Globally accepted manufacturer approvals like ASME B16.9, AD2000-W0 and PED 97/23 EG in combination with our well-equipped laboratories distinguish us from competitors as a reliable business partner.
Nirotec provides first class product quality, substantial technical know-how and intense customer service. Since 1996 these strengths – combined with an efficient company organisation – have been successfully inspected acc. to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and approved by the TÜV.
Manufacturing facilities:
- Forming presses for the production of elbows and fittings
- Heat treating furnaces
- Various cutting and machining facilities for final machining and end preparation
- Spray units and immersion basin for corrosion protection
- Sandblasting machines separated for CS and SS material
